TruckingOffice is trucking management software sold in tiers by fleet size. In our September 2026 review of its own pages it listed a Basic plan at $25 a month for one to two trucks, a Pro plan at $35, $55 a month for three to seven trucks, and $90 a month for ten. It is desktop-first: the working screens are built for a browser on a computer, and its driver app is not in the app stores, while its separate ELD app carried a 3.1-star rating. It offers a 30-day trial. Where it stood out in our review was IFTA: its quarterly fuel-tax work was the strongest of the five rivals we looked at.
Who it is for
A carrier with an office. If someone sits at a desk most days, keys the week in from paperwork and wants the strongest IFTA workflow in this price range, TruckingOffice fits the way that company already works. It suits owners who do their books in the evening on a laptop rather than in the cab between stops, and who are comfortable that the driver side of the product lives outside the app stores. The 30-day trial gives enough time to run a real quarter-end IFTA return through it before paying.
