Straight answers
How does the Brain trial work?
New owner accounts get 14 days of Brain access, with one truck and one employee. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Afterward, the account returns to Free with 10 AI questions or quote replies per month unless you choose a paid plan. Demo accounts do not receive a trial.
What can I ask?
Ask about your loads, expenses, customers, invoices, fleet and other records you can access in MileBrain, or how to use the app. The assistant uses your account's permissions. It cannot see another company's records or answer every possible general-interest question.
How do payments and plan changes work?
Choose an available payment method in More → Billing and review the price before confirming. Stripe displays prorated adjustments for plan changes. PayPal requires approval of a price change and applies the new price from the next billing cycle.
What happens to an existing subscription?
Your existing subscription keeps its recorded pricing unless you approve a change. Your current amount and renewal details appear in More → Billing. Complimentary access follows the end date shown on your account.
Can I cancel or export my data?
Cancel from More → Billing. Paid access continues through the paid period, then Free limits apply. Saved records remain available; adding trucks or employees beyond the Free limits requires Pro. You can export your records and download a backup.
